This project-based course guides students through the early‑startup cycle: identifying real problems, interviewing users, clustering insights, defining a target segment, brainstorming and prototyping solutions, testing with real customers, sizing the market, drafting a simple business model, and finishing with a storytelling‑driven, data‑backed pitch. It blends design thinking, lean methods, and basic financial literacy to help students build viable, user‑centered solutions and confidently present them.
